Google Sheets & Calendar + WhatsApp

Keep your contact list in a Sheet or append rows from flows, and let bookings land in Google Calendar with reminders going back out on WhatsApp.

What Google Sheets & Calendar can trigger

• Sync contacts from a Sheet — Rows become contacts; keep the list where your team already edits it.
• Append rows from flows — Log leads, bookings or replies to a Sheet as a flow action.
• Create calendar events — A booking conversation or your public booking page creates the event.
• Reminders — Follow-up flows send the day-before and same-day nudges.

Connecting it

• Connect Google with OAuth — Authorise the Sheets and Calendar scopes from the Integrations tab.
• Pick a sheet or calendar — Choose the spreadsheet and tab, or the calendar bookings should land in.
• Use it in a flow — Add “append row” or “create event” actions to any flow.

Google Sheets and Appointments modules are included on every plan. Permissions requested: Drive read-only, Sheets read-write, Calendar events and free/busy, and your Google email.

Messages send from your own WhatsApp number, linked by scanning a QR code the way WhatsApp Web is linked. This is not the official WhatsApp Business API: there is no Meta approval queue and no template review, and in exchange the linked phone must stay online and only people who opted in should be messaged. See how it works.
