Quick fixes when the page won’t open.

If the app shows a blank screen or won’t load, try these quick fixes.

1. Refresh the page — a hard refresh: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Clear your browser cache or open a private/incognito window.
4. Try a different modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
5. Disable extensions/ad-blockers that may interfere.

If it persists, contact support and mention your browser and device.
