Payments for WatsBizz are non-refundable — try it first on the free trial. How paying works, how to cancel, and what happens with failed, duplicate or mistaken charges.

All payments are non-refundable. WatsBizz offers a free trial so that you can try the platform before you pay. There are only two exceptions: a charge made in error, which we put right, and a refund that Indian law requires. This page explains how paying works, how to cancel, and how those exceptions are handled. It applies section 3 of our Terms of Service; if this page and the Terms ever appear to disagree, the Terms govern.
WatsBizz is operated by Axiomatic Web Solutions Private Limited (“WatsBizz”, “we”, “us”). Section 10 explains how to reach us.
New accounts start on a free trial, for the length shown on our pricing page when you sign up. We do not ask for card or bank details to start it, so nothing is charged when it ends. Shortly after the trial ends, the platform's features pause until you buy a plan; your contacts, templates and conversations are kept, so buying a plan picks up where you left off. The trial is offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn. Please use it to make sure WatsBizz suits you before you buy a plan, because payments are not refunded.
Plans are priced by the month or by the year, and some can also be bought outright as a lifetime plan. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and include GST where it applies, so the price shown at checkout, after any discount, is the amount charged. Each successful payment has an invoice, showing any GST included in it, that you can download from your account. Payment is taken by the payment gateway you choose at checkout — Razorpay, PayU, Stripe or PayPal, depending on which are offered at the time. Your card number, UPI PIN, CVV and bank credentials go directly to the gateway; we never receive or store them.
A monthly or yearly plan can be paid for in one of two ways:
A lifetime plan is a single payment and never renews. Renewing early never costs you time you have already paid for: the new period is added after the current one ends.
Changing plan never produces a refund. The value you have already paid for is carried over as time instead:
When a new plan payment completes, any other auto-renew on your account is cancelled, so you are not charged for two plans at once.
There is currently no cancel button in the dashboard. To cancel, contact us by any of the routes in section 10 and tell us the email address your account is registered to. What cancelling involves depends on how you pay:
Either way, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the unused part of that period is not refunded. Shortly after it ends the account is marked as expired: you can still log in and renew, but sending stops — including scheduled campaigns and automations — and the rest of the dashboard is locked until you pay. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. To close the account and have your data erased, follow section 12 of our Privacy Policy.
Every payment is final once it has been made. Apart from the two exceptions below, we do not give refunds for any plan, period or payment method. In particular, we do not refund:
The only exceptions are:
The affiliate joining fee, reseller tier fees and reseller wallet top-ups are fees under our Terms, and sections 5, 6 and 8 apply to them in the same way as to plan payments. The affiliate joining fee is not refunded if your application is not approved; the affiliate page says so before you pay. A reseller wallet balance is spent at wholesale rates as you provision customer accounts; there is no facility to withdraw it as cash.
If your account was set up for you by a WatsBizz reseller, your plan is managed and billed by that reseller rather than by us, so cancellations and refunds are a matter between you and them. Contact your provider first.
When one of the exceptions in section 5 applies, the refund is paid to the original payment method, through the payment gateway that took the payment. We do not refund in cash. If the gateway can no longer refund the original payment method — for example because the payment is too old for the gateway to refund, or the card or account has been closed — we pay the refund by bank transfer to an account in the account holder's name, after verifying it. We start the refund once we have confirmed it with the gateway; how long it then takes to reach you depends on the gateway and your bank. Where the refunded payment was invoiced, we issue a GST credit note against that invoice for the amount refunded.
A refund for a charge made in error reverses what that charge added to your account, as section 6 describes, and does not end access you have otherwise paid for. Where a refund that the law requires covers the access you are using now, we may end that access and stop any auto-renew on the account, so that you are not charged again for something that has been refunded.
We may update this policy. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
