Build automated flows (Chatbot Flow)

Design guided, button-based conversations visually — no AI required.

Chatbot Flow is a visual builder for guided conversations — menus, questions, and buttons that lead customers down a path. It doesn’t need an AI key.

Build a flow

  1. Open Chatbot Flow and create a new flow.
  2. In the builder, add steps (messages, questions, buttons, and conditions) and connect them.
  3. Publish the flow and attach it to a device.

Use the analytics view to see how people move through your flow and where they drop off.

Chatbot Flow is great for menus and FAQs; the AI Chatbot is better for free-form questions.
