Manage contacts and groups

Import, organise, and segment your audience.

Organising contacts makes campaigns faster and more targeted.

Import contacts

1. Open Contacts → Import.
2. Upload a CSV with a column of phone numbers (include the country code).
3. Map the columns and confirm.

Use groups

Create groups to send to a specific segment — for example "New leads" or "VIP customers". You can target a group directly from Bulk Messaging and DRIP.
