Send a bulk messaging campaign

Reach many contacts at once with a personalised template.

Bulk Messaging sends one message to many contacts, with a delay between each to stay safe.

Steps

1. Open Bulk Messaging and click Create New Campaign.
2. Pick the device(s) to send from.
3. Choose your recipients (a group, an import, or a selection).
4. Write your message or pick a template. Use placeholders like {{name}} to personalise.
5. Set a sending delay and start the campaign.

Tips

• Warm up new numbers first (see the Warmer guide) before large sends.
• Keep messages relevant and include an opt-out so you respect WhatsApp policy.
