Sending speed, delays, and limits

How speed and volume affect delivery and number safety.

Sending speed and volume affect both delivery and your number’s safety.

• Delay: set a gap between messages in Bulk Messaging so you don’t send in a burst.
• Monthly allowance: each plan includes a set number of messages per month (see Plans).
• Start small on new numbers and increase gradually.

If a campaign pauses on its own, it’s usually a safety measure — slow down and resume.
