How subscription renewals work

Renewals, reminders, and auto-pay explained.

Monthly and yearly plans can be paid one period at a time or, where offered at checkout, on auto-pay. Lifetime plans never renew.

• We may send you a reminder before your plan renews, but please keep track of your renewal date yourself.
• If auto-pay is set up, renewal happens automatically; otherwise renew from your profile.
• After a successful payment, your plan’s limits continue without interruption.

You can change your plan any time from your profile. There’s no cancel button yet: to turn off auto-pay, contact support. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
