Send Razorpay payment links during a conversation and track them.
You can request money from a customer mid-conversation by sending a Razorpay payment link, then track it on the Payments screen.
The Payments page lists every link with its status: Awaiting, Paid, Partially paid, Expired, Cancelled, or Refunded. Statuses update automatically when the customer pays.
Razorpay must be configured for your account before payment links work.
