Manage conversations on the Kanban board

Organise chats into stages and drag them as they progress.

The Kanban view turns your Live Chat conversations into columns (stages) you can drag between — handy for tracking support or sales progress.

How to use it

  1. Open the Kanban view from Live Chat.
  2. Each conversation is a card in a stage column.
  3. Drag a card to another column to move it to the next stage.
  4. Click a card to open the full conversation.
