Use the Live Chat inbox

Chat with contacts in real time from a shared inbox.

Live Chat is your real-time inbox for one-on-one conversations with contacts.

The basics

1. Open Live Chat.
2. Select a conversation from the list.
3. Type your reply, or insert a Quick Reply for common answers.
4. Send images, documents, or a payment link right from the chat.

Use labels and assignment to stay organised, and switch to the Kanban view to manage conversations by stage.
